Preksha Dedhia

Preksha completed her undergraduate training in India. Having worked for both regional and private hospitals she came to the UK and successfully completed her postgraduate masters at the University of Birmingham, gaining membership into the specialist group of physiotherapists in Manual therapy and manipulation. In addition, she has completed postgraduate courses in advanced manual therapy, myofascial release, dry needling, and personalized exercise programs.
With experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, she’s had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life. Preksha strives to combine evidence-based treatments with a holistic approach tailored to the patient’s unique needs.
Her focus is always on helping clients achieve their goals, whether it’s reducing pain, regaining mobility, or returning to the activities they love. She believes in empowering patients to take control of their pain and confidently manage their self-care journey.
