Elam Sze

Elam is Trilingual and speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

She has been working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist since graduation from her BSc Physiotherapy degree in University of Birmingham. She has worked in community hospital and currently working in the Royal Orthopaedic hospital, treating different musculoskeletal conditions with different treatment techniques such as manual therapy, sports massage and cupping, acupuncture and rehabilitation.

She is starting her journey on a Masters level qualification in strength and conditioning from Aug 2025. 

Besides clinical work, Elam is also involved in volunteer and education work. She volunteers for the National Ankylosing Spondyloarthritis Society running sessions to support their long term management. She is a visiting lecturer for University of Birmingham and recently started her new role in medical education for the Birmingham Orthopaedic Training Programme for medical students.



Elam 精通英語、粵語與普通話，是一位具有豐富臨床經驗的肌肉骨骼物理治療師。她畢業於伯明翰大學(University of Birmingham) 物理治療學學士學位，曾在社區醫院工作，現於Royal Orthopaedic Hospital執業。她的臨床專長涵蓋多種治療技術，包括手法治療、運動按摩、拔罐、針灸及康復訓練，用以幫助患者改善並管理各類肌肉骨骼疾病。

Elam 將於 2025 年 8 月展開碩士學位進修，主修「體能與體能訓練（Strength and Conditioning）」，以進一步提升專業實踐與研究能力。

除臨床工作外，Elam 亦積極投入志願與教育領域。她長期參與英國國家僵直性脊椎炎(National Ankylosing Spondyloarthritis Society)協會活動，協助患者的長期病情管理；同時擔任伯明翰大學客座講師，並在伯明翰骨科培訓計劃中負責醫學教育，支持醫學生的臨床學習與發展。
